Ariel was born in New York City and at age five moved with her parents and brother to Athens, Ga where she spent most of her childhood. She attended the College of Charleston and earned a BS in Business Administration. Upon graduating from the college, she spent a year in Lyon, France and attended the Alliance Francaise. She returned to Charleston and married her husband Tom, a 7th generation native Charlestonian. She and Tom make their home in Mt. Pleasant with their three sons ages 18,14 and 12 respectively.  Ariel is very active in her community and the Charleston area. She volunteers for the Red Cross (Chairman of the Clara Barton Campaign 2016), Mason Prep and Porter Gaud School, and Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church.  She has the knowledge needed sell your home or help in finding the perfect home for your family.

Ariel is a virtual walking resource of all things in the Charleston, not just from a professional standpoint having helped clients find the perfect address that feels like home, but as a resident with a lifestyle perspective thanks to her wealth of knowledge of schools, neighborhoods, restaurants, services and the Charleston style of living which she enjoys sharing with clients and friends.  Ariel enjoys practicing yoga and can be seen walking the Ravenel bridge weekly or paddleboarding on Molasses Creek and she loves to take advantage of the fishing, crabbing and shrimping all while enjoying the beauty of the beaches, rivers and the harbor.  She is an avid lacrosse fan and enjoys watching local recreation and high school games as well as throwing and catching the ball herself!
